The control unit CAB and the control unit of the Active Seat (ASU) share the same box. The CAB application receives direct input signals and indirect from sensors, switches and other units of control and executes the appropriate functions, according to the ask the operator.

Code caused by: The CAB control unit detects that the voltage on channel 2 of the accelerator pedal sensor is not half the voltage on channel 1.

Code caused by: The CAB control unit detects that the switched battery supply voltage of the Cabin Load Center activation circuit is low.

Code caused by: The vehicle identification number (VIN) of other control units does not match.
NOTE: If DTC’s are stored indicating missing CAN messages, first diagnose those codes.

Code Caused By: The Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) security feature has not been enabled.

Code caused by: The CAB control unit detects that its End of Line (EOL) memory has failed to start.
NOTE: It is sometimes possible to correct EOL data faults by downloading new software. Try downloading the software for this app.

Code caused by: The CAB control unit detects that it is carrying out a software update process.

Code Caused By: The CAB control unit detects that its software did not run within the specified time.

Code caused by: The CAB control unit detects that the CAB sensor supply voltage is high.

Code caused by: The CAB control unit detects that the turn indicator switch inputs (left and right) are active simultaneously.

CAB 523839.02 — Secondary Brake Switch Conflict
Code caused by: The CAB control unit detects that the secondary parking brake switch signal opens and closes simultaneously. Attention: European version only. It is not a parking brake.

Code caused by: The CAB control unit detects that the secondary parking brake lever position sensors and switch are out of calibration.

Code caused by: The CAB control unit detects that the secondary parking brake lever position sensor voltage is high.

CAB 523908.02 — Rear PTO External Switch Conflict
Code caused by: The CAB control unit detects that the rear PTO external switch simultaneously signals ON and OFF states.

CAB 523922.31 — Secondary Brake ON While Moving
Code caused by: The CAB control unit detects that the secondary parking brake lever is applied with the vehicle moving or not in neutral.
Note: Make sure the secondary parking brake lever is fully released.

CAB 524016.04 — CAB Switched Supply Voltage Low
Code Caused By: The CAB control unit detects that the CAB switched battery supply (digital sensor drive) voltage from the Cabin Load Center (CLC) enable circuit is low.
Associated Codes: If this code and other 524016.XX codes are present in control units, first perform CLC diagnostics.

CAB 524017.13 — Left-Hand Reverser Lever Type Not Selected
Code caused by: The CAB control unit detects that the left shuttle lever type has not been designated properly.

CAB 524017.31 — Left-Hand Reverser Lever Power Circuit Fault
Code Caused By: The CAB control unit detects that the left reverser lever neutral switch and the reverser switch input voltage does not indicate an open or closed switch state.

CAB 524018.31 — Left-Hand Reverser Neutral/Park Transition Fault
Code caused by: The electronic control unit CAB detects a Neutral/Park transition fault of the reverser lever with control on the left side.

CAB 524019.31 — Left-Hand Reverser Neutral/Not-Neutral Transition Fault
Code caused by: The electronic control unit CAB detects a neutral/out of neutral transition fault of the left hand drive shifter lever.

Code Caused By: The CAB control unit detects that the LHR lever is in a position other than neutral or park during power up.

Code caused by: The CAB control unit detects that two or more LHR lever position switches have failed.

CAB 524166.02 — Right Brake Pedal Switch-Sensor Circuit Conflict
Code caused by: The CAB control unit detects that the right brake pedal sensor voltage is high while the right brake pedal switch is closed or the right brake pedal sensor voltage is low while the right brake pedal switch is closed. right brake pedal is open.

Code caused by: The CAB control unit detects that the left brake pedal sensor voltage is high while the left brake pedal switch is closed or the left brake pedal sensor voltage is low while the pedal switch is closed. left brake is open.
