CSC 000084.15 (CSC 84.15)— Wheel Speed Detected During Calibration
Wheel speed above 0.5 km/h (0.3 mph) is received via CAN Bus during the calibration. Reasons may be:
– Defective wheel speed sensor or sensor for transmission output speed. Wheel speed or transmission output speed received via the CAN Bus incorrect.
– The tractor is not standing on a level surface during the calibration. Therefore, the tractor can move during the calibration (wheel speed exists).

CSC 000084.19 (CSC 84.19)— Incorrect CAN Bus Message, Wheel Speed Signal Incorrect
Failed to receive wheel speed sensor data from Chassis Control Unit (CCU)
– Sensor not available (due to incorrect configuration of wheel speed sensor).
– Sensor signal incorrect (circuit problem at wheel speed sensor).

CSC 000190.17 (CSC 190.17)— Incorrect CAN Bus Message, Engine Speed Too Low
Engine speed (CAN message) is between 100 and 500 rpm for longer than 5 seconds while bleeding, calibrating or manually raising the cab. This can happen if the engine speed drops considerably or if the ECU transmits an incorrect engine speed.
Reaction of the control software: Limited or no function of the control software.
CSC 000190.19 (CSC 190.19)— Incorrect CAN Bus Message, Engine Speed Not Detected
Cab Suspension Control Unit (CSC) not receiving requested engine speed data. This engine speed (CAN message) is between 100 and 500 rpm for longer than 5 seconds (while stationary). This can happen while the tractor is stationary if engine speed drops suddenly or if the ECU transmits an incorrect engine speed.

CSC 000574.19 (CSC 574.19)— Incorrect CAN Bus Message, Enable Signal Not Detected or Incorrect

CSC 002145.09 (CSC 2145.09)— Incorrect CAN Bus Message, Information from FCC Control Software
Data transfer problem between the CSC control software and FCC control software. This indicates a problem in the CAN bus or in the transmitting control software.
NOTE:When this code is active turn signals operate in flasher mode, washer pumps will not operate, and programmable active work lights turn off after 5 minutes. Road and work lights operate in low beam but not high beam.

CSC 003511.03 (CSC 3511.03)— 5-V Supply Voltage to CSC Sensors, Voltage Too High
The diagnostic trouble code is generated if the voltage measured at the positive voltage supply for 5-V components is above 5.25 V. This indicates that the circuit is shorted to a positive supply lead or there is an internal interruption at the CSC control software.
Reaction of the control software: Limited or no function of the control software.
CSC 003511.04 (CSC 3511.04)— 5-V Supply Voltage to CSC Sensors, Voltage Too Low
This diagnostic trouble code is generated if voltage at the 5-V components is found to be too low (< 4.8 V). This indicates that the circuit is shorted to ground or there is an internal interruption at the CSC control software.

CSC 003511.06 (CSC 3511.06)— 5-V Supply Voltage to CSC Sensors, Current Too High
This diagnostic trouble code is generated if current at the 5-V components is found to be too high (> 100 mA). This may indicate a short to ground.

CSC 520425.07 — Received CAN Bus Messages, High Error Rate
Excessive error rate with received CAN bus messages.

CSC 520426.07 — Transmitted CAN Bus Messages, High Error Rate
Error rate at transmitted CAN Bus messages too high.

CSC 520542.03 — Vehicle CAN Bus (500 kBd), Voltage Too High
Voltage of CAN+ too high. Circuit open or shorted to 12 V.

CSC 520543.04 — Vehicle CAN Bus (500 kBd), Voltage Too Low
CAN- voltage too low. This indicates a short to ground.

CSC 520870.02 — Control Software, Internal Error
Error when reading the internal module (EEPROM). Cab Suspension Control Unit (CSC) calibration fault or failure of configuration memory.

CSC 520870.13 — Control Software Not or Incorrectly Calibrated
Some configuration data of the calibration are incorrect.

CSC 520871.02 — Control Software, Internal Error
Error when reading the internal module (EEPROM). Cab Suspension Control Unit (CSC) internal configuration memory is invalid.

CSC 520871.13 — Control Software, Internal Error
Error when reading the internal module (EEPROM). Cab Suspension Control Unit (CSC) detects that one or more values of operator preference data is out-of-range. Default values are used instead.

CSC 520892.02 — Control Software, Internal Error
Error when reading the internal module (EEPROM).Configuration data for control unit is incorrect. Default values are used which can lead to reduced performance.

CSC 522288.03 — Proportional Solenoid Valve for Cab Suspension, Voltage Too High
This diagnostic trouble code is generated if the control software registers that the voltage at the proportional solenoid valve for damping the cab suspension is too high. This may indicate a shorted to high source.

CSC 522288.05 — Proportional Solenoid Valve for Cab Suspension, Current Too Low
This diagnostic trouble code is generated if the control software registers that the current at the proportional solenoid valve for damping the cab suspension is too low. This may indicate a loose wire or defective circuit.

CSC 522288.06 — Proportional Solenoid Valve for Cab Suspension, Current Too High
This diagnostic trouble code is generated if the control software registers that the current at the proportional solenoid valve for damping the cab suspension is too high. This may indicate a short circuit (possible short to ground), a mechanical defect at the valve or overloading.

CSC 522457.19 — Incorrect CAN Bus Message, Commanded Transmission Speed
Transmission output speed cannot be determined and provided on the CAN bus by the PTA control software and the PLC control software. A transmitted replacement value generates this diagnostic trouble code. In its active state, this fault also generates a diagnostic trouble code at the PTA and/or PLC control software. These diagnostic trouble codes take priority.

CSC 522763.19 — Left Hand Reverser Lever Position Fault Message Received
Signal transmission from the reverse drive lever is faulty.

CSC 523666.03 — Supply Voltage of Rear Chassis Control Unit, Voltage Too High
The diagnostic trouble code is generated if the control software detects that the supply voltage at the input of the rear chassis control unit is above 16 V. This indicates that there is a shorted circuit in the wiring harness.

CSC 523666.04 — Supply Voltage of Rear Chassis Control Unit, Voltage Too Low
The supply voltage at the input of the rear chassis control unit is below 9 V.

CSC 523671.19 — Right Hand Reverser Lever Position Fault Message Received
Incorrect signal from reverse drive lever received.

Solenoid valve supply voltage too high. This indicates a short to 12 volts.

Circuit current too low. This indicates an open circuit or over-temperature.

CSC 523973.02 — Cab Position Out of Valid Range (2 – 3 V) During Calibration
This diagnostic trouble code is generated if, at the end of calibration or bleeding and calibrating, the control software detects a level position (mid-position) voltage that is out of range (i.e. not between 2 and 3 V) at the cab suspension sensor.
NOTE: If CSC codes are present for cab suspension position sensor perform diagnostics on those codes first.
Reaction of the control software: Calibration is aborted.
CSC 523973.03 — Cab Suspension All the Way Up, Voltage Too High (During Calibration)
During calibration or bleeding and calibration, the voltage at the signal output of the cab suspension sensor is too high (above 4.75 volts) when cab suspension is at its highest.(shorted to high source)
Reaction of control software: Calibration is aborted.
CSC 523973.04 — Cab Suspension All the Way Down, Voltage Too Low (During Calibration)
During calibration or bleeding and calibration, the voltage at the signal output of the cab suspension sensor is too low (below 0.25 volts) when cab suspension is at its lowest. (shorted to ground)
Reaction of control software: Calibration is aborted.
CSC 523973.07 — Cab Suspension Does Not Reach Level Position in Target Time, Fault
While traveling at speeds above 10 km/h (6 mph) level position is not reached within 5 minutes. This may indicate a fault at raise/lower solenoid valves.
NOTE: If CSC codes are present for cab suspension position sensor perform diagnostics on those codes first.
Reaction of the control software: Bleeding failed. Bleeding must be restarted.
CSC 523973.10 — Cab Suspension Fails to Reach Level Position or End Stops in the Target Time During Calibration
During calibration of the cab suspension, the end stops or the level position are not reached within the time limit. This may indicate a fault at raise/lower solenoid valves.
Reaction of the control software: Bleeding failed. Bleeding must be restarted.
CSC 523973.13 — Cab Suspension Sensor Not Calibrated Correctly
This diagnostic trouble code is generated if, at the end of calibration or bleeding and calibrating, the control software detects a voltage that is out of range at the cab suspension sensor. Calibration is cancelled and the previously saved values remain in use.
NOTE: This code is an informational code only. Diagnose other CSC 523973.XX codes first.
Alarm level: Caution.
Reaction of the control software: The control software exits its calibration mode and changes back to its previous mode.

CSC 523973.14 — Cab Suspension Sensor Not Calibrated
This diagnostic trouble code is generated if the control software detects that the sensor for the cab suspension has not been calibrated. This diagnostic trouble code may occur if the control software has been reprogrammed.
Alarm level: Caution
Reaction of the control software: Control software adopts the values stored in the internal memory.

CSC 523973.15 — Sensor for Cab Suspension at Bottom Stop, Incorrect Sensor Signal
Incorrect signal during calibration. Cab suspension position sensor voltage did not fall below 2 V when the cab moved fully down during calibration for Cab Suspension Control Unit (CSC).
Reaction of the control software: Calibration is aborted.

CSC 523973.16 — Pressure Reduction, Lowest Position Not Reached, Fault
A lower signal was transmitted to the solenoid valve for lowering, but the cab does not lower to its fullest extent within 60 seconds. This indicates that cab position sensor has been installed incorrectly, that there is a problem at the solenoid valve for lowering the cab suspension, or that there is a problem in the hydraulic circuit of the cab suspension. This may indicate a fault in the mechanical components.
NOTE: If other CSC codes are present diagnose those codes first.

CSC 523973.17 — Cab Suspension All the Way Up During Calibration, Incorrect Sensor Signal
Cab position sensor sends an incorrect signal during calibration.Cab suspension position sensor voltage did not exceed 3 V when cab moved fully up during calibration for Cab Suspension Control Unit (CSC).
Reaction of the control software: Limited function of cab suspension. Calibration is aborted.
CSC 523973.18 — Bleeding (Cab Suspension), Level Position Not Reached
Middle position could not be reached during the bleeding of cab suspension in the directed time. Repeat bleeding procedure.
Reaction of the control software: Bleeding failed. Bleeding must be restarted.
CSC 523973.31 — Cab Moves in Wrong Direction During Calibration
The cab moves in the wrong direction during calibration. This indicates that connectors are mixed up at the solenoid valves, that there is a problem in the raising/lowering solenoid valve circuit or pressure build-up/reduction circuit, or that there is a problem in the hydraulic circuit of the cab suspension system.Code can be active if calibration is attempted after vehicle was idle for a few hours.
Reaction of the control software: Bleeding failed. Bleeding must be restarted.
CSC 524157.19 — Incorrect CAN Bus Message, Right Brake Pedal
The signal of the right brake pedal sensor is either incorrect or missing. This may indicate a defective sensor or a defective or disconnected wiring harness.

CSC 524162.19 — Incorrect CAN Bus Message, Left Brake Pedal
The signal of the left brake pedal sensor is either incorrect or missing. This may indicate a defective sensor or a defective or disconnected wiring harness.
