Code Caused By: Hitch Control Unit (HCC) Switched Supply Voltage less than 9.0V.
NOTE: Related Codes: This code and other 000158.XX codes may also be present on other control units. When the power source is the Vehicle Fuse Box Control Unit (VLC) enable circuit, the VLC performs code diagnostics first.

Code caused by: Unswitched supply voltage to Hitch Control Unit (HCC) less than 9.0V.

HCC 000190.02 (HCC 190.02)— Rear Hitch Calibration Fault/Engine Speed Low
Code Caused By: The rear hitch lift limit was set at an engine speed below 1800 rpm.
NOTE: This code may be generated by the operator or technician.

Code Caused By: The HCC software did not run within the specified time.

HCC 000630.13 (HCC 630.13)— HCC Calibration Fault/Not Calibrated
Code Caused By: The HCC has never been calibrated or a failed calibration has been stored in memory.

Code caused by: Hitch Control Unit (HCC) sensor supply voltage greater than 5.25V.

HCC 001079.04 (HCC 1079.04)— HCC Sensor Supply Voltage Low
Code caused by: Hitch Control Unit (HCC) sensor supply voltage less than 4.65V.

HCC 001638.02 (HCC 1638.02)— HCC Calibration Fault/Hydraulic Oil Temperature Low
Code Caused By: The Hitch Control Unit (HCC) has been calibrated with the hydraulic oil below 50°C (122°F).

HCC 001873.02 (HCC 1873.0) — Rear Hitch Position Sensor Circuit Voltage Fault
Code Caused By: The rear hitch position sensor may be bad and require calibration.

Code Caused By: Rear hitch position sensor voltage is out of range high. The sensor voltage is higher than 4.75 V.

Code Caused By: The rear hitch position sensor voltage is out of range low. The sensor voltage is less than 0.25 V.

Code Caused By: The rear hitch calibration did not see a large enough difference between the lower and upper limits of the rear hitch position.
