The following signals are sent to the PTA control software via the vehicle CAN bus (500 kBd):

PTA 000126.00 (PTA 126.00)— Transmission Oil Filter Pressure Switch, Filter Restricted
The diagnostic trouble code is generated if the PTA control software detects that the transmission oil filter is restricted. The pressure switch of the transmission oil filter is open when transmission oil temperature is above 40°C (104°F).
Control unit response: Warning remains active until the error is corrected.
PTA 000127.01 (PTA 127.01)— Transmission Oil Pressure Switch, Oil Pressure Too Low
The diagnostic trouble code is generated if the PTA control software is unable to determine transmission oil pressure (system pressure). The transmission oil pressure switch is open at a transmission input speed in excess of 900 rpm.
Control unit response: Warning remains active until the error is corrected.
PTA 000161.00 (PTA 161.00)— Sensor for Transmission Input Speed, Speed Too High
The diagnostic trouble code is generated if the PTA control software detects that transmission input speed is too high. It is necessary to reduce speed (ground speed). Excessive speed is indicated, when there is NO weight pushing from behind to account for it: Process the diagnostic trouble codes that have priority.

PTA 000161.02 (PTA 161.02)— Sensor for Transmission Input Speed, Speed Drop Not Plausible
The diagnostic trouble code is generated if the PTA control software detects that the transmission input speed has suddenly dropped to 0 rpm.

PTA 000161.03 (PTA 161.03)— Sensor for Transmission Input Speed, Voltage Too High
The diagnostic trouble code is generated if the PTA control software detects that the voltage at the signal input of transmission input speed sensor is too high. This indicates that the sensor circuit is open or shorted to a positive lead in the sensor circuit.

PTA 000161.04 (PTA 161.04)— Sensor for Transmission Input Speed, Voltage Too Low
The diagnostic trouble code is generated if the PTA control software detects that the voltage at the signal input of transmission input speed sensor is too low. This indicates a short circuit to ground.

PTA 000161.11 (PTA 161.11)— Sensor for Transmission Input Speed, Speed does Not Match Engine Speed
The PTA control software compares the CAN BUS message (engine speed) and the speed of transmission input speed sensor. The diagnostic trouble code is generated if the two speeds do not match.

PTA 000168.00 (PTA 168.00)— Transmission Control Unit (AutoPowr/IVT), Supply Voltage (BAT) Too High
Supply voltage (BAT) above 16 volts.

Supply voltage (BAT) below 9 volts.

PTA 000168.02 (PTA 168.02)— Internal Transmission Supply Voltage (VPS1) Faulty
The diagnostic trouble code is generated if the PTA control software detects a plausibility problem at the internal transmission supply voltage inputs (VPS1). This indicates that the sensor circuit is open, shorted to a positive lead or grounded.

PTA 000177.00 (PTA 177.00)— Transmission Oil Temperature Sensor, Temperature Very High
The diagnostic trouble code is generated if the PTA control software detects that the transmission oil temperature is above 100°C (212°F).
Control unit response: Warning remains active until the error is corrected.
PTA 000177.03 (PTA 177.03)— Sensor for Transmission Oil Temperature, Voltage Too High
The diagnostic trouble code is generated if the PTA control software detects that the voltage at the signal input of transmission oil temperature sensor is too high. This indicates that the sensor circuit is open or shorted to a positive lead in the sensor circuit.

PTA 000177.04 (PTA 177.04)— Sensor for Transmission Oil Temperature, Voltage Too Low
The diagnostic trouble code is generated if the PTA control software detects that the voltage at the signal input of transmission oil temperature sensor is too low. This indicates a short to ground in the sensor circuit.

PTA 000190.19 (PTA 190.19)— CAN BUS Message, Engine Speed is Missing
The diagnostic trouble code is generated if a data transfer problem occurs between the ECU control software and the PTA control software. Reception of messages sent on the CAN BUS is intermittent or non-existent. This indicates an open circuit in the CAN BUS line, a short circuit or faulty CAN BUS terminating resistors.

PTA 000191.00 (PTA 191.00)— Sensor for Transmission Output Speed, Speed Too High
The PTA control software detects that transmission output speed is too high. It is necessary to reduce the speed (ground speed). An increased speed range is for example displayed when the tractor rolls down an incline in neutral.

PTA 000191.02 (PTA 191.02)— Sensor for Transmission Output Speed, Speed Faulty
The PTA control software compares the CAN Bus message (wheel speed) and the speed of transmission output speed sensor. This diagnostic trouble code may be saved by accident. For this reason, diagnosis only needs to be performed if one or more related faults occur in conjunction with this code.
PTA 000191.03 (PTA 191.03)—Sensor for Transmission Output Speed, Voltage at Channel 1 Too High
The diagnostic trouble code is generated if the PTA control software detects that the voltage at the channel 1 signal input of transmission output speed sensor is too high. This indicates that the sensor circuit is open or shorted to a positive lead in the sensor circuit. If diagnostic trouble code PTA 524110.03 is also stored, a problem with the sensor supply voltage is indicated. The diagnostic trouble code takes priority.
PTA 000191.04 (PTA 191.04)— Sensor for Transmission Output Speed, Voltage at Channel 1 Too Low
The diagnostic trouble code is generated if the PTA control software detects that the voltage at the channel 1 signal input of transmission output speed sensor is too low. This indicates a short to ground in the sensor circuit.

PTA 000191.08 (PTA 191.08)— Transmission Output Speed Sensor, Speed at Channel 1 Lower Than at Channel 2
The diagnostic trouble code is generated if the PTA control software detects a difference in frequency between the two sensor output signals for transmission output speed.

PTA 000191.11 (PTA 191.11)— Transmission Output Speed Does Not Correspond to Wheel Speed
This diagnostic trouble code is generated if there is a difference in frequency between the signal of the transmission output speed sensor and the amplified signal of the wheel speed sensor.

PTA 000237.02 (PTA 237.02)— VIN Information, Mismatch
The diagnostic trouble code is generated if the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) from other control software is not the same.
Reaction of the control software: Limited function of vehicle
PTA 000237.31 (PTA 237.31)— VIN Information, Incorrect
The diagnostic trouble code is generated if the vehicle identification number from other control software is not received or is incorrectly received. All active VIN participants have to send the programmed vehicle identification number to the control software at regular intervals.

PTA 000598.02 (PTA 598.02)— Clutch Pedal Switch, Malfunction
The diagnostic trouble code is generated if the position of the clutch pedal (transmitted as a CAN message by the TIA control software) does not match the switch position of the clutch pedal switch (ascertained via the signal from the clutch pedal potentiometer).

PTA 000598.03 (PTA 598.03)— Clutch Pedal Switch, Voltage Too High
The diagnostic trouble code is generated if the PTA control software detects that the voltage at the signal input of the clutch pedal switch is too high. This indicates that the switch circuit is open or shorted to a positive lead.
Reaction of the control software: Limited or no function of the transmission.
PTA 000604.02 (PTA 604.02)— Transmission Enable Signal Faulty
The diagnostic trouble code is generated if the PTA control software detects that the transmission enable signal from the transmission enable relay does not correspond to the position of the reverse drive lever (transmitted by the TIA control software).

PTA 000604.03 (PTA 604.03)— Transmission Enable Signal, Voltage Too High
The diagnostic trouble code is generated if the PTA control software registers that the voltage at the transmission enable signal is too high. This indicates a short to a positive lead in the circuit of the transmission enable signal.

PTA 000630.13 (PTA 630.13)— Control Software Not Calibrated
The diagnostic trouble code is generated if the PTA control software has not been calibrated yet, is incorrectly calibrated or if calibration has not been completed. The diagnostic trouble code may also be generated by mistake during transmission calibration. It is not necessary to perform the calibration procedure again unless this diagnostic trouble code cannot be deleted. The diagnostic trouble code triggers the alarm level: Information.
PTA 001387.01 (PTA 1387.01)— Lube Oil Pressure Sensor, Oil Pressure Too Low
The diagnostic trouble code is generated if the PTA control software is unable to determine transmission lube oil pressure.

PTA 001387.03 (PTA 1387.03)— Lube Oil Pressure Sensor, Voltage Too High

PTA 001387.04 (PTA 1387.04)— Lube Oil Pressure Sensor, Voltage Too Low
The diagnostic trouble code is generated if the PTA control software registers that the voltage at the lube oil pressure sensor is too low. This indicates a short to ground in the sensor circuit.

PTA 002000.09 (PTA 2000.09)— Incorrect CAN BUS Message, Information from ECU Control Software
The diagnostic trouble code is generated if a data transfer problem occurs between the ECU control software and the PTA control software. Reception of messages sent on the CAN BUS by the ECU control software is intermittent or non-existent. This indicates an open circuit in the CAN BUS line, a short circuit or faulty CAN BUS terminating resistors.

This indicates an open circuit in the CAN BUS line, a short circuit or faulty CAN BUS terminating resistors.

PTA 522367.12 — Control Software Incorrectly Configured
The diagnostic trouble code is generated if the PTA control software detects a false setting/input in the tractor model address.

PTA 522379.03 — Park Lock Solenoid Valve 1, Voltage Too High
The diagnostic trouble code is generated if the PTA control software detects that the voltage in the positive lead of the park lock solenoid valve 1 is above 12 V. This indicates a short to a supply lead.

PTA 522379.04 — Park Lock Solenoid Valve 1, Voltage Too Low
The diagnostic trouble code is generated if the PTA control software detects that the voltage in the positive lead of the park lock solenoid valve 1 is too low. This indicates a short circuit to ground.

PTA 522379.05 — Park Lock Solenoid Valve 1, Current Too Low
The diagnostic trouble code is generated if the PTA control software detects that the current in the ground lead of the park lock solenoid valve 1 is too low. This indicates that the circuit is open.

PTA 522379.11 — Park Lock Solenoid Valve 2, Malfunction
The diagnostic trouble code is generated if the PLC control software reports a malfunction with park lock solenoid valve 2 via the CAN BUS. In its active state, this error also generates a diagnostic trouble code at the PLC control software. The diagnostic trouble code in the PLC control software takes priority.

PTA 523652.11 — Transmission control unit (AutoPowr/IVT) connected to wrong wiring harness connector
The diagnostic trouble code is generated if the control software detects an erroneous signal in the circuit of the control unit identification during the power-up after ignition ON.

PTA 523700.07 — Signals from Transmission Speed Sensors Mismatch
The diagnostic trouble code is generated if with power flowing through the transmission the registered ratio between the transmission input speed and hydrostatic speed does not match the actual transmission output speed. This indicates a mechanical or hydraulic problem with the transmission.
Control unit response: The tractor cannot be moved or can only be moved in the come-home mode as long as this fault is active.
PTA 523917.03 — Hydrostatic Speed Sensor, Voltage in Channel 2 Too High
The diagnostic trouble code is generated if the PTA control software detects that the voltage at channel 2 of thehydrostatic speed sensor is too high. This indicates that there is a supply voltage problem or that the sensor circuit is open or shorted to a positive lead.
