The diagnostic trouble code is generated if the UIC control unit is not able to determine the desired acceleration value (DTOAPR) when changing the direction of travel and so cannot provide the CAN BUS with any relevant data. A transmitted replacement value generates this diagnostic trouble code in the TCU. In its active state, this fault also generates a diagnostic trouble code at the UIC.

TCU 524182.19 — Incorrect CAN BUS Message, Transmission Shift Monitor from UIC
The diagnostic trouble code is generated if the UIC control unit is not able to determine the value of the transmission shift monitor (RSL) and so cannot provide the CAN BUS with any relevant data. A transmitted replacement value generates this diagnostic trouble code in the TCU. In its active state, this fault also generates a diagnostic trouble code at the UIC.

TCU 524183.19 — Incorrect CAN BUS Message, Change of Direction of Travel from UIC
The diagnostic trouble code is generated if the UIC control unit is not able to determine the value for changing direction of travel (PSS) and so cannot provide the CAN BUS with any relevant data. A transmitted replacement value generates this diagnostic trouble code in the TCU. In its active state, this fault also generates a diagnostic trouble code at the UIC.

TCU 524218.12 — Park Lock Engaged during Power Zero
The diagnostic trouble code is generated if the control unit detects that the park lock is engaged, even though Power Zero is commanded by the UIC control unit at the same time.

TCU 524218.31 — Power Zero Signal is Transmitted by the UIC for Too Long
The diagnostic trouble code is generated when the control unit receives the power zero signal from the UIC via the CAN BUS for more than 5 minutes.

TCU 524227.07 — Filter ByPass Valve (Coldweather Starting) is Closed by Mistake
The diagnostic trouble code is generated if the filter bypass valve (for coldweather starting) is closed under the following conditions:
– Transmission input speed (engine speed) is over 1400 rpm and transmission oil temperature is below 5° C (23°F).
– Engine OFF.
The diagnostic trouble code triggers the alarm level: “Information”.

TCU 524227.12 — Filter ByPass Valve (Coldweather Starting) is Opened by Mistake
The diagnostic trouble code is generated if the filter bypass valve (coldweather starting) is open while transmission input speed (engine speed) is above 1400 rpm and transmission oil temperature exceeds +30°C (86°F). If diagnostic trouble code TCU 000127.01 is also stored, process this code first.

TCU 524233.03 — B62 Hydrostatic Speed Sensor, Voltage in Channel 1 Too High
The diagnostic trouble code is generated if the control unit detects that the voltage at the signal input from channel 1 of the hydrostatic speed sensor (B62, lead 6089) is too high. This indicates that the sensor’s circuit is open or shorted to a positive lead. If diagnostic trouble code TCU 523917.03 is also stored, a problem with the sensor supply voltage is indicated. The diagnostic trouble code must be processed first.

TCU 524233.04 — B62 Hydrostatic Speed Sensor, Voltage in Channel 1 Too Low
The diagnostic trouble code is generated if the control unit detects that the voltage at the signal input from channel 1 of the hydrostatic speed sensor (B62, lead 6089) is too low. This indicates a short to ground in the sensor circuit.

TCU 524233.08 — B62 Sensor for Hydrostatic Speed, Speed in Channel 1 Lower than in Channel 2
The diagnostic trouble code is generated if a difference in frequency is detected between the two sensor output signals for hydrostatic speed.

TCU 600006.31 — Diagnostic Trouble Code Not Known
This diagnostic trouble code is triggered by the CommandCenter (DTI) when the DTI receives a TCU diagnostic trouble code via the CAN BUS that is not stored in the DTI memory. This “general” diagnostic trouble code enables the CommandCenter (DTI) to display information relating to this unknown TCU diagnostic trouble code.
