On vehicles with AutoPowr™/IVT™ transmission, the TIA control software and the PTA control software jointly control the transmission. The TIA control software is included in the Cab Control Unit.
The following signals are sent to the TIA control software via the vehicle CAN bus (500 kBd):
– Position of reverse drive lever (LHR)
– Position of speed control lever
– Travel speed
– Tire size
– Speed and torque request.
The TIA control software processes the incoming signals and transmits them to the transmission enable relay and the PTA control software.
