XSC ERROR CODES / XSC FAULT CODES

The XSC control software, together with the XMC control software, is responsible for controlling the AutoTrac™ automatic steering system. The XSC control software is included in the steering control unit (AutoTrac™). The XSC control software receives signals from the following components:
– Steering Wheel Position Sensor
– Wheel Angle Sensor
– LIN Bus Module (Shift Console)
– LIN Bus Module (Position H)
These incoming signals are processed by the XSC and the values are compared with those of the XMC control software. Only then are the signals transmitted to the following components:
– Solenoid Valve for Steering Control Valve (Enable Valve)
– Solenoid Valve for Steering Control Valve (Left Turn)
– Solenoid Valve for Steering Control Valve (Right Turn)
The setpoints and actual values are constantly compared and required corrections are performed.
